Wondering if you can help.
I usually work Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Full days.
I have been asked to move the Monday to another day Thursday/Friday.
How would this work re bank holidays?
Should I be offered more annual leave as compensation for the bank holidays?
If they 'pro rata' it out, how do I calculate this?
A full time working week for us is 37.5 hours and I do 30.
