I have just been shortlisted for a job in a new company and have been invited to a competency based interview.
This wouldn't be my first of this type of interview as I have moved around within my current organisation but this has meant I have always had visibility of the competency framework.
I want to make sure I am fully prepared and have plenty of examples to cover all eventualities so would welcome any suggestions about the areas that might be covered i.e. change ready, critical thinker.
