I have just found out I have been successful in a senior position in the NHS.
My hours are full time 37.5 hours per week.
I have really struggled to get childcare for my baby on Fridays and am really keen to do my hours in 4 days.
When would you bring up the possibility of flexible working? I feel rude asking my new manager for the opportunity to work 4 days. Should I ask now prior to all the HR paperwork?! Or wait until later? Thanks
