Please help: applying for a position as TA and need help with wording!

Not in the UK, so this will be translated once I've got it down in English.
Local authority is looking for various 1:1 TA positions. No specific qualifications necessary, but relevant experience obviously a plus. I am looking to go back to work after many years at home, and this would be a completely new career path for me.
I have voluntary experience running kids clubs, so I've got that down. But I also have many years of dealing with my own two kids: DS1 is on the AS and has needed a lot of support over the years, DS2 is at a special school due to language processing difficulties, and has also recently been diagnosed with ADHD and sensory issues.
I don't want to say that (obviously) - what I want is to say that due to personal experience of having kids with SEN, I have invested a LOT of my time and effort into researching this subject and finding ways to help them both. I need a more professional way of saying that basically.
Any ideas gratefully received!

I have developed many methods of delivering activities and formulated a range of learning strategies to encourage learning, social and spatial skills for a range of educational needs.
Have some examples if they ask you in your interview.
