Job Interview

I applied for a job last week, deadline was Friday at midday. Interviews are this Thursday, do you think I would have heard by now if I had an interview? Is 2 days notice enough usually or would they have looked through the applications at the weekend and let people know by yesterday?

I doubt that they would look through applications at the weekend. 2 days is a bit short notice but similar happened to me last year, the date stated for the interviews came and went so I assumed that I hadn't got the job, but it turned out they were just having issues getting the interview panel together and they ended up being held about 3 weeks later. I got the job!

They phoned, I've got an interview for next Wednesday!
