ML - anyone know if I can do this?

Due to go on ML soon.

I work 4 days a week currently but will go down to 3 when I return.

Can I do 33 weeks SML followed by 4 weeks holiday (based on 4 days a week), then return after the holiday on the new 3 day/week contract?

My thinking is yes!?

I haven't checked your holiday calcs but yes if they accept your flex working request that sounds reasonable.
