i want to develope from an Executive Assistant in the nhs to something else, possibly Project Support Officer.... can anyone help as to what vacancies i should be taking into account as the next step or what skills/experience i would need as a Project Support Officer that i coukd gain in this role or as for extra tasks in order to tansform into a Project support Officer?
