Interview Etiquette

Thoughts on taking notes in for an interview eg copy of annotated job spec, copy of cv & covering letter into an interview??
It's internal if it makes a difference?
It's a comfort/confidence thing rather than to read from.

Yeah it's fine so long as you don't look at them rather than engaging the interviewers. Good luck

As above it's fine. Just don't use it as a script, the worst interviewee I ever had bought this ring binder in with typed up examples of experiences he'd had throughout his career. He would listen to my question, flick through his ring binder till he found the most relevant example then read his script word for word. It was awkward and because he wasn't actually adapting he didn't actually answer any of the questions very well. It was all a bit odd.

Yay! Thank you
Definitely won't be a script (wouldn't be able to read my own scribble) or a ring binder involved 😀 although I did once interview someone who brought his current organisations financial reporting pack with actual current numbers to show me an example of his work which threw up all sorts of confidentiality issues.
