Typical salary for a Senior Customer Success Manager, IT industry

Can anyone share what sensible expectations of a base/OTE would be for a London based Senior/Enterprise Customer Success Manager?

I am looking at roles like this now, but struggling to get anywhere near my current base as a software sales person.

Depends on how successful you are at software sales. CSM roles are not particularly well paid, maybe on a par with a sales base salary but without the commission?

I work for a technology services provider, our CSM base salary is around £90-110k plus bonus.

As above poster I also work in SaaS industry HQ'd in the US, and I used to head up CS. Salary varies, but for a more junior role £40k through to a CS Direc. c. £80-£90k and then the more specialist CS tech leads were over £100k. Varies though but that is my experience.
As you probably know tech companies are having a tough time at the moment at it's not the buoyant industry it was. I moved away from CS as it was 90% dealing with escalations and issue management rather than what it was meant to be.

Really helpful thanks

Not looking to hire one are they by any chance?

I work for a saas company in London but I'm sales not CS. I think a senior CS at our company would be on around £60/70k base with OTE being £80-90k (but achievable targets)

No, we have a hiring freeze and are making people redundant. Not a good time.

Average salary for a CSM where I work is £60-65k going up to £75-80k for a senior/lead with reporting line responsibilities. It's not a commission based role though but with a bonus.
