Answered all of them except..:

'Tell us about an experience in your past that made your personality shine'

I've honestly no idea what to write! The first things that spring to mind would be a big experience (travelling/sky diving/walking on water Grin) but I've done nothing like that.

Any suggestions of what you'd write to see if it sparks something in me would be great.

To be honest, a smaller experience would be better. Maybe adopting a rescue dog and you realised you could be there for another being or pride in the creation of an amazing garden. Or doing stand up for the first time (not that I ever would Smile).

Something you have done that showed you a particular side of your character that you weren't as aware of before?

@tealgate ok, good to hear that a smaller experience would be better 🤔 that feels less daunting.

None of your examples apply to me (but thank you!) but I'll keep giving smaller experiences some thought...

Helping out with an event or charity, organising a party or something? Even moving house, you could say it allowed organisational skills to shine!

MinistryMelody · 05/01/2023 07:31

What is your predominant personality trait?

applyingforjobs · 05/01/2023 07:34

@TheOtherBoleynGirls I have indeed organised parties, and moved house (actually bought a house that needed lots of renovations, maybe that could work...)

@MinistryMelody I guess it is my organisation skills, I'm meticulous and proud to be so Grin

What is the job?
What skills and attributes are important?

This would influence the type of example you'd want to give

Blanketpolicy · 05/01/2023 07:37

It would talk about a work experience. Maybe when you helped a coworker, brought a team together, dealt with change at work, tackled a long standing problem or something work related where you had to interact with others and how your personality made it a success.

Have you ever prepared and/or executed some kind of work presentation or event that was well received?

Or had the opportunity to train or mentor someone in a way that was rewarding?
