Ideas for flexible work to top up income?

In a bit of a chicken and egg situation. I'm trying to build up my freelance business but not really in a position to afford committing to more childcare to allow me to chase the work which is irregular. Ideally i would have some sort of flexible work that I could pick up and put down as and when needed, doesn't need to be well paid. I'm considering local cleaning jobs for instance but don't want to have to let clients down in favour of my more lucrative work if it pops up.

I'm trying to reach the 30 hours childcare threshold too which is about £700 per month average. Currently i'm managing about half that just with my freelance work and i'm fairly sure that there is more available but hesitant to chase that currently.

Ideally I would have a day or so a week where i could do this flexible work which would act as a secure income which would allow me to commit to childcare three or four days per week and that would give me plenty of capacity to find the work i really want to do and build up a client base, the money from this will allow me to drop my other work and also upgrade my system to allow me to work faster and more efficiently.

Does anyone know any work that might fit this? I have tried match betting to the limit of what i'm able and doing surveys, have signed up for mystery shopping work (no luck) tried and failed to do transcription (slightly dyslexic) I'm going to try click working later today but i stopped doing that a while ago as it was becoming less lucrative. I was on the £10 a day threads but never seems to get the amount of work anyone else did.

My skills as computer based. Graphics, 3d work, technical drawing. That's what I freelance in.
