As a new employee I was bullied. Sexually harassed and degraded. After 3 months of trying to please the lady who did this to me I decided to tell my manager. He sorted it out and I'm now in a wonderful team at work. I still see the lady periodically and she totally blanks me. She will look through me although she will email me.
Why is she doing this. I have done nothing wrong but not accept her behaviour. I didn't tell her. I just told my boss. Got up one day and walked out of the office.
