Self employed around school hours?

Is there anyone on here that works between school hours only, self employed? Ideally working from home? This is what I can feasibly do at this point in my life but I can't think what to do! I could also do a bit more with after children go to sleep at night.

I used to but it was Consultancy work so I was paid by the day (a day being 7 hours) so when the DC were small I would only take on half as much work so I could spread the hours over 2 days and still do school runs etc. If I had F2F meetings I would arrange them around 11 and only relatively local so I could do the school run as well.

My friend is a software developer - she only takes short term (<3 month) contracts and never works school holidays. But her term time schedule is 8-6 wfh to allow for drop offs.

I still have one child not at school but does nursery a few mornings a week.
I have a lot of skills but have had a long career break. I am wondering if there are any profitable franchises I could run from home, for example. Or any kind of piece meal office or client service work that is remote wfh.
