Will someone employ me heavily pregnant?

I am 7 months pregnant and have been applying for seasonal roles and have had a call back today about one of them, but unfortunately missed the call. I will be calling them back tomorrow to discuss. Obviously I am heavily pregnant and will have to disclose this straight away. My question being.... would any employer actually hire someone who is heavily pregnant, even if it is for temp work? I know they cannot discriminate but I'm pretty sure they will just use the excuse of my inexperience instead. I am due 19th Jan and therefore seasonal work would be perfect for me as it will end around the time I am due. I am happy to work right up until my due date.

I also would love to be considered for getting straight back in to part time work after baby is here as we will need the extra income. Has any one here managed to land a temp role whilst pregnant?!

Thanks all

My daughter got a temporary job in a factory at 6 months pregnant, they gave her a chair so she didn't need to stand whilst assembling stuff. They kept her on right up to her due date.
Hopefully you'll get something too.

That's good to know! It's nice to hear there are employers out there who will actually employ you whilst pregnant. I am more than willing to put in the effort as I need the money right now. The role is in retail but would love to have the extra money for Christmas!
