Recovery Worker : Drug and Alcohol Dependency

MAY have an interview for this vacancy next week…does anyone have experience? Any tips for the interview? I do have some theories, cycle of change for example, and have lots of experience of 1:1 and group working but not in this specific area.

I've been a recovery worker and SMS nurse. Naloxone, OD awareness, psychosocial interventions and some government drivers at the moment. Relapse prevention.

Thank you…I didn’t get the job as they had interviewed someone with experience within drug/alcohol recovery..BUT..they’ve invited me in for a f2f meeting to give feedback, look at their systems and processes and talk about possible volunteering.

They confirmed that there, undoubtedly, will be another vacancy in the future
