Flexible Part-time WFH job in tech after 40 around kids (eek)

Am I looking for a unicorn job here? I've been a self-employed web designer & developer for about 7 yrs now, the last 2 I've been mostly a SAHM to DC2 with the very odd project on the side.

I've had wonderful clients, some quite well-known in their respective fields, and I've loved working as a creative tech. But being self-employed I've basically been a swiss-army knife, I do what needs doing and learn what needs learning. I'm mentally done with wearing every hat now. I just don't have the energy to be everything all the time.

I'm pretty much self-taught and have no formal qualifications. Am looking at some Udemy and FirstCodeGirl Courses to get me started on that but struggling to hone in on what might yield a suitably flexible job that would work around childcare. Also, I'm about to turn 40 and wondering if realistically anyone's going to hire a 40 year old junior dev!

Do I formalise my front-end skills in HTML, CSS and Javascript, although these seem quite popular nowadays or pivot into something more niche and likely to yield a job for someone in my position?

All perspectives welcome! (kindness very much welcomed though as I'm really struggling with self-confidence and mental capacity at the moment)
Thank you!
