Thinking of setting up a party plan business - Advice and tips needed

Had an idea for a while now. Found my sources...etc but now need to think about legalities. Dont think I need to register for VAT just yet....

Does anyone know a good order form /brochure suppliers..

I dont know where to start really so any advice would be great

it would depend on what area you are going to be working in as to where you could source your products from. can you give any more info?
