Clinical Nurse Specialist Band 7 Interview

I am currently a band 6 in an elderly care ward and I've got an interview for a Geriatric Clinical Nurse Specialist on a geriatric same day emergency care unit. This will be my first band 7 interview so I have no idea how to prepare for it. I've done my research about band 7 interviews but most of them are ward manager based so it wouldn't apply to me. Anyone know what sort of questions are normally asked? Thank you

Hi, band 7 here in a project management role. Some questions to consider might be about leadership skills that you need for the role and have examples of these eg give an example of a time you had to work with someone difficult or persuade a team who were resistant to change to work differently. Think about what you would do (or did) when someone you managed was underperforming. Think of a time you made an improvement to a process or the care delivered and what impact this had on patients and staff.
