Has anyone had a pay rise recently?

I have a pay review coming up in a few weeks time. I know that inflation is high, but there's the argument that everyone getting pay rises will only make inflation worse.

So I'm just trying to get a feel for what people are getting. Google tells me 3% is typical for 2022.

Not including any promotions or bonuses etc. Just basic rate rises of those working in the same position as a % would be helpful.

3.1% plus a one off payment of £400.

Our MD awarded himself 14%

Everyone in my firm got approx 3%, with a few high achievers getting more and some people in poorly performing departments getting less or nothing. Most were very pleased with 3%.
