Corporate tax term time jobs

i have not worked for 5 years but previously worked in corporate tax. Has anyone managed to work in corporate tax in a school hours and term time only job, or does this just not exist? I was in industry before and would prefer to return there than practise. I am considering this versus changing direction, maybe as a school business manager which would suit my available time?

I would love to hear from anybody who may have had similar thoughts.

Thank you!!

I was until last year an EA in corporate tax for one of big 4. We had lots of professional staff working part time though 4 days usually, never term time only.

I worked in corporate tax for the Big 4 on an "annualised hours" contract for several years. This equated to three days a week, term-time only for me. It generally worked well particularly as summer tended to be quiet.

If they need you I'm sure they'd consider flexing.

A school business manager is very unlikely to be a TTO job, just to manage your expectations.
