National Trust, Community Ambassadors x 2 - Whose Story?
Do you want to do something different?
Are you passionate about history, black history, heritage or historic
buildings? And want to gain some experience in, community work or the
heritage sector?
Are you enthusiastic, committed and well networked with African,
Caribbean, Asian or South Asian communities?
The National Trust is looking for two individuals who has lots of energy
and is keen to get people involved in the Whose Story? project funded
by HLF. In return we can give you a unique opportunity to practise your
own skills and contribute to a groundbreaking piece of work with a fee
of £1800 for the year.
As one of the Community Ambassadors you will promote events and projects
through word of mouth marketing at the Back to Backs (Birmingham) or
Wightwick Manor (Wolverhampton). The role will suit someone who is
looking for part time hours and to fit around other commitments.
