My partner and I own a small size business and are thinking of selling. Due to the nature of our business we are more busy because of covid travel restrictions and people not wanting to travel abroad but we are struggling to find good staff and both our stress levels are extremely high. After a serious discussion we hve decided to get the business valued and wld sell if we got a good / reasonable price. Although we would need to get jobs after the sale as the money wld not be enough to retire but we will be stress free. Wanting advice, do's and don't for selling as we hve no idea how to go about it.
