Hello, I am currently a Senior Medical Writer and have stayed with the same agency since entering the industry after my PhD. I'm feeling a little disillusioned after a none-existent annual salary increase and bonus this year and wondering whether I should consider moving in-house and into the regulatory side of things. I really don't like medical affairs but love working in pubs so wondering if I would suit regulatory writing. Any one out there with this experience?
