Hi All,

I recently applied for the Trainee HSE role and manage to get to the E-tray and Written exercise, but I'm helplessly clueless about it all.

This is my first time applying for a job where I'm being asked to do several assessments, hence I'm stressed out of my mind because I really want this job.

The E-tray & Written exercise is followed by an Oral briefing and Role-play.

If anyone can help or shed some light on the assessments, you would make me so so happy.

Thank you Thank you

There should be practice test online?

The written test is usually about drawing out key information and making recommendations.

the in-tray is usually about how you plan and prioritise.

make sure you read the candidates pack so that you know what the exercises are assessing.

good luck 🤞

Thank you !

do you anything about the oral briefing and role play? I don’t know what it is, so I don’t know how to prepare for it.

Although it's more trying to sell.you on the workshop idea, it gives you further research points for the oral briefing aspects.

That should help with the role play aspects

Hi
Just reaching out to see if you landed the H&S investigator role.
I have applied and am awaiting results but wondered if you could shed light on the assessment day process?
Any help/tips appreciated
