NHS - bank agreement versus bank contract

Hi

I did have a bank contract with an NHS Trust but they recently changed it to a "bank contract" which says I must do 25 hours a month with them. For info I work full time in the NHS with another Trust in a different role.

This contract /agreement feels very 1 sided. I had COVID in March and literally could not work (front line role) and so I'm in trouble for not doing my hours, however they wouldn't let me work?! Also I can they insist I work 25 hours a month but not pay me sick time if I'm not able to do 25 hours a month?
