School admin job interview

Hi all!

I applied for a term time school admin job at the weekend, and this morning I've got an email to say the interview is tomorrow.

I feel so unprepared?! Can anyone in this role please tell me some likely interview question?

Also the interview is at a local hotel and not at the school. Does this mean it could be a group interview? Or there's loads of applicants?

I work in a primary school office and I really enjoy it. The term time is a bonus especially in terms of childcare . Congratulations on the interview. You may of already had the interview by now, how did it go?

Thank you all! I felt it did go well! I think they invited quite a lot of people so not getting my hopes up but it's literally my dream job!! We find out tomorrow so I'll report back!

@Mischance no not really! All as expected. Lots of safe guarding & it was mainly all how would you deal with this, name a time you have done this... etc etc
