Soulbury scale - what’s happening with the pay?

Possibly a niche subject but does anyone know what’s going on with the Soulbury scale pay increase?

Last I heard we were going to get 1.75% but that was three months ago now.

My union isn’t replying and my employer doesn’t know.

Does anyone have any info?!

If your Union and your employer don't know, or haven't passed key information to its members, I doubt anyone on MN will know!

This was all I could find on the Prospect Union website - they are one of the biggest Unions so it's going to be accurate information (published in Nov 2021)

You need to keep trying to get a reply from your Union, that's why you pay your subs.
