As the title says really. Anybody returning to work after maternity pregnant? How did management take it etc?
I’m not, but I’m due back summer / autumn and would like to be try for 2nd baby soon.
My maternity pay is very generous, 6 months full pay (one of the big banks) but I have no idea if I return already pregnant would I be entitled to the enhanced Mat Pay (there is nothing on the basic info given for this time round) of course I might return and not be pregnant but wouldn’t want to return and be pregnant if I wouldn’t then be eligible. I want to return for good / full time and not leave so don’t need to worry about that.
