Hello mums!
I finish mat leave in feb and I think I’ve decided not to go back. They are such a lovely company and I loved the job I just don’t see how I can work and look after my daughter at the same time. Childcare costs and pay would break even really even with me working from home
Any advice how to approach this? What to say etc….
