Just wondered if you could tell me your experiences anyone who has worked in both home care and care homes? I’ve been working in home care the past couple of years and I love being in the care sector but for various reasons would like to move on from the travelling and the set up, and have an interview in a care home this week. Has anyone moved from one to the other and what were your experiences of it? Thanks so much for any insights!!
