I have an interview with an agency and I know they can go a bit rogue from the core departments in terms of interview layout. In the application pack the tested criteria are listed as behaviours and experience, would you assume there won't be strength questions in the interview? Not entirely sure how to prep as I'm sure they will ask more than just the 3 listed behaviours (though I know it's not really possible to prep for strength questions!)
