I have made the decision not to return to my job and will hand my notice in and the end of my SMP and stay at home with baby whilst studying part time in the evenings ( to answer the usual MN questions, yes I'm married and we have life insurance, a joint will and an emergency fund and have had full discussions about division of labour 
).
I was considering this whilst pregnant anyway but not it's definitely not worth me returning as my company is looking to relocate offices to somewhere two buses away and i can't ever drive due to a condition i have making it unsafe to do so).
Contractually they pay for all bank holidays when working so should I expect that to be part of the final paycheck or just the standard holidays?
