i won my flex work request. You made the biggest difference to that. i couldn't have done it without you. Your advice is 100% sound, even when it's not what one wants to hear.

You've been a god send for me and probably saved me loosing my job. You've actually helped me to retain some confidence and professionalism and see the whole thing through.

Flowery - how are other things in your life? Nothing else causing issues is there?

I haven't read the other thread but obviously wouldn't understand why anyone would be critical of HR - perhaps they came across my old boss!

After all we make a lovely cup of tea and provide a shoulder to cry on whilst we are dealing with the 'people' don't we - NoT!!!!!!
