Do recruiters or Employers unwelcome maternity career breaks ?

Hi Lovely mums,

I am planning to search my job hunt from march. It's been a long gap more than 4 years. I am very happy that I have given this time for my family, my kid. But at the same time bit worried about how would recruiters, employers react to my career break. Has anyone faced any similar situation? What have you actually mentioned in the gap ?

No advice but following with interest as I’m in the same boat. At the moment and with a tough job market, I feel beyond daunted! X
