Is there anything you can do to prevent being pushed from a company? My DH fears he is being set up to fail and it's only a matter of time
that they then fire him....
He is really hard working, has always been amazing in his role... really honest and decent man....
New management sadly seem to want him out....
it's awful to watch this playing out.
We both feel so helpless. He is working even harder and longer hours than ever ...
small company no HR so no one to turn to

He should keep a record of everything
Such a shame, and sadly not uncommon

This was our position two years ago. DH had a brief period of respite when DD was born as bullying him at that point would have been seen to be bad form. Ramped up again once she was about four months old.
He jumped ship and we were terrified for a while for our financial stability. But two years down the line he has restored his mental health, our marriage is better than ever, our work-life balance is better and we are much happier.
Thanks

Thank you for sharing. I feel that there is hope

Definitely keep a log of everything, and talk to ACAS for any advice.

Sounds like potential constructive dismissal. If management has changed can DH produce reports or statements of support from former managers or colleagues? Does the company have a formal evaluation process? Establish a paper trail now and keep a journal of any incidents.
