I'm about to start a new community role, its a really big deal to me (band 4 in a mental health speciality im very passionate about). I currently work in inpatients mental health as a HCA. I really want to make a good first impression and I know the transition from inpatients to community is tough. Does anyone who has been in this position have any advice?
Both jobs are within CAMHS if thats any use.
