Anyone familiar with Cisco 7821 model phones at work? Help needed!

Ok, so I'm WFH at the moment, only going into the office once every couple of weeks, so I'm kind of working remotely to figure out how to use the new desk phones in the office! Not ideal :) Obviously not being there to "test" it doesn't help.
Anyway, I'm wondering if anyone on here can possibly talk me through (in simple steps as I'm not great with technology tbh) how to do the following on a Cisco 7821 phone:

Transfer a call
Divert the phone (to my mobile for example)

Many thanks if you can advise on this. Probably really easy, but when I'm not actually in front of the phone to play about and test it then it's not so straightforward.

Top row of buttons, 3 along front handset fwdall, thsts the buttons you press to forward calls. Press that then dial number to transfer to remembering to dial 9 for outside line.

Great, thanks! :) Have you any idea how to divert calls to a mobile (for occasions when no staff are in the office)? TIA

Yeah you hit the fwdall button then dial the number you are transferring to and it does it. Its really simple.
