Pregnancy Risk Assessment for a Nursery Assistant

Hi, does anyone know where i can get a good example of one of these for my wife as her employer is naff and the risk assessment doesnt feel right (It also took 8 weeks to get one!)

We have tried HSE & Unison but no joy

it is subjective really, your wife needs to decide what she feels should be assessed and go from there
