How is that possible? Apparently they have been paid into another account they dont recognise... and on their side says been paid

You post is unclear. Are you saying that your wages have gone missing? If so, you need to talk to the employer, if they have sent the payment to an erroneous bank account then they need to process a payment for you and try to claw back the other payment from the bank / person it went to.
