How do I deal with this employee

Hi mumsnetters!
I’m after some opinions on how to handle a situation with a staff member.
A member of my team has had clinical depression for the past few years which has lead to insomnia this year.
We have been super flexible (which is one thing I love about the company I work for) but when we have earlier meetings ( before 11am) he keeps asking me to call him to wake him up.
I’ve tried for a long time to be really sensitive to his situation but I don’t think it’s my job to wake him up for work.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do with this?

Echo what everyones already said.
Sit him down and go look, i am here to support you but by doing it for you that is not supporting you, its covering up the issue. You do need to figure out a way to get up by yourself, thats not something for your workplace to help with. Please have a think about what you're going to do because ultimately i need you up and available at xx time, theres no getting around that.
Dont apologise, dont explain why you cant do it or why you dont want to do it as you'll keep saying 'im sorry' and 'im just not able to' as then the conversation is centered around you not doing something, rather than what hes going to do. So 'what have you tried already?' 'You need to think of a way you would be able to be up at xx time'
