NHS Jobs - how long to find out if I have an interview

Hello,

The advert for a job I applied for on NHS jobs closed 1 week ago - haven't heard whether I have an interview yet... how long does it normally take? I read on a few different adverts (not this one) that if you haven't heard anything in 14 days you have been unsuccessful. Is this a good rule of thumb to generally go by? I keep checking my emails every 5 minutes!

It really varies, I saw a nhs job advert earlier which stated it you haven't heard from us within 28 days please assume your application has been unsuccessful.

All the best RosieAnne123

You usually get a message either way, so either an interview or to tell you your application was unsuccessful

Good luck by the way!

It took a month for them to even review my application! They're not the fastest...

Oh wow! Okay, maybe I am being a bit impatient then!
