OK so next week I'll be starting my first band 4 position. Since joining the NHS a few years ago.
I'm moving up from a band 3 admin role. New role doesn't sound that much different except a it of secretarial work thrown in, as and when required.
I'd be interested to hear from people who have made the jump from 3 to 4 and how did you find it. Xx
