Free timesheets for self employment

I'm just going self employed and I need to work a minimum of 16 hrs which I will be doing
I have a couple of projects I'm working on so I need to evidence my work

Can anyone recommend something like a timesheet app rather than using a basic spreadsheet

Nothing fancy just something where I can record the number of hours and notes on works carried out etc
