Redundancy process - they are ignoring my emails asking for my concerns answered

I had my first consultation meeting last week, second one Friday.

I had a query around an inconsistency on one of the scores, but they have refused to email me back.

They have said they will discuss in our meeting.

This meeting is basically to confirm my redundancy and then I can appeal if I wish.

I don't want to appeal I just want answers To a concern I have over my scoring!!

Thanks

Can you get advice from your union (if you're in one)

No I am not in a union I'd have to pay a solicitor

You have a meeting planned for tomorrow and they've responded said they'll discuss your queries then? Is that so terrible?
