Local library looking for relief assistants (so not regular hours, just here and there). I've done the job before so no worries on that score, but as I'm still b/fing ds2 I won't be available for long periods, so I am hoping that they will still consider me!

I would be a hypocrite if I shushed in our library; it's usually ds1 making the most noise!

I do a nice line in sardonic glaring. I can stun a mobile wielding student at 50 paces on a good day.

One of the porters where I used to work asked some students "Keep the noise down please, this is a library"
Then, sotto voce, "I am trying to read my paper!"

Cue collapse in hysterics of cerys and all other library staff in earshot...
