Been off 3 months
Line due up end of this week.
1st meeting canx due to self isolating
2nd meeting end of week canx due to employer being unavailable through illness.
I’ve been asked today to resume next week and then discuss absence when manager returns.
I’ve been off because of work.(stress anxiety & depression)
I’m feeling let down and worried as I have no real plan for returning or discussing why I’ve been off.
I’m panicking. Anxiety thru the roof.
I will be contacting union rep tomorrow but I was wondering if anyone here could give me advice/ help/ info? Reassurance?
