I have been approached about a role in a Gvnt agency. It's about a 15% payrise, step up, bigger bonus, pension etc.

I've been in my current role under 2 years, they are a smaller company, seem resilient to the current crisis (as much as smaller businesses could be)

Would you consider it?

I'm applying for a new role but I am unsure whether I will make the switch. I'll go through the process. Don't need to decide unless offered.

Will the new position definitely stay open? I only ask as my husband started a new job after the 28th Feb now he doesn't qualify for the Furlough scheme.
