I have a 3.5yo DD and a 14mo DS. I've been on maternity leave for 12 months and then added on 8 weeks of parental leave then 4 weeks of annual leave. I'm considering not returning to work or immediately resigning to be a SAHM for a bit.
What I wondered is, did I technically return to work after my maternity ended (even though I immediately took parental leave and then annual leave)? I wanted to know if this would count towards the time I'm required to work in order to pay back OMP.
Might be wishful thinking!
