Discrimination or not?

I had a thread couple of days ago, my manager pulled me for a chat around my performance with no significant details or feedback - he said he’s dissapointed in my performance and so is the management team he also stated the staff are frustrated with me also. I asked for evidence he asked me to go seek it from other managers, I have asked for this feedback and they have all responded with “I’ve slowed down and needed extra direction” I told my management team on 7th January during early stages of pregnancy I feel like a burden and can’t do what I’m used to because I’m tired etc - is this purely discrimination in my pregnancy and bullying? As the issues have suddenly just come to light, I’ve never had any performance issues and I’m still doing my job role everyday to the best of my ability.

Before your pg would you have waited to be asked? Maybe your experience leads them to believe you should demonstrate initiative.

@RachB2020 because normally you don't need to be asked and now you do. Employers value employees who just get on with it and don't need to be reminded.

They get used to the people who always take the piss.

When they see someone who normally just gets on with it starting to take the piss it's annoying.

Don't judge everyone else's behaviour and act accordingly. Do the same good job you've always done.

If you have been doing the job really well for years, and now you need to be told to wipe a table, or to hop on till when it is busy, that would frustrate them.
Did they remind you to do those things before, or have you stopped self directing just since you got pregnant
