Has anyone used a career consultancy? If so, what was your experience like?

I'm thinking about moving jobs after 10 years in the same role with the same organisation.

Gudgeon - nope, but I'm about to . going to try one of the workshops as I have hit a brick wall and need some input. Both these sites were mentioned in an article in The Independent a month or so ago - and the feedback was good...
